“What Happens If the Internet Goes Down?” The Fidelity SkyTalk Hosted Solution can include an optional (but highly recommended) cellular backup capability. If the Internet goes down this option will automatically route all your voice and POS traffic over a 4G cellular connection, which will allow you to continue to work with no disruptions. We’ll be notified if your Internet connection fails and will proactively work with you to troubleshoot your system. So, if the Internet Fails, You Continue Doing Business.
